? Support the end-to-end coordination of the FFE Rural Fellowship Program in assigned regions.
? Facilitate the placement and onboarding of fellows in designated rural healthcare centers.
? Ensure timely flow of information, documentation, and feedback between fellows and the program team.
? Coordinate training and mentorship sessions, workshops, and field visits for fellows and local stakeholders.
? Coordinate activities related to Medical Scholarship Program and any other duties given by the Program Manager.
2. Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building
? Proactively building and sustaining relationships, partnerships and collaboration with institutions including healthcare centres, medical colleges and similar institutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with FFE Scholars and fellows.
? Act as the primary liaison between FFE and on-ground stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
? Facilitate and coordinate for meetings with local authorities, NGOs, and community leaders to promote collaboration.
? Support awareness and outreach initiatives that strengthen rural healthcare networks.
3. Monitoring, Reporting and Support
? Conduct regular site visits to monitor fellows' performance and assess healthcare center conditions.
? Conduct field visits to assess healthcare centers and hospitals for infrastructure, patient load, staffing, and overall suitability for doctor placements.
? Prepare detailed field assessment reports and share insights with the Program Manager to support informed decision-making and program planning.
? Document field observations, challenges, and success stories for program learning and reporting. Prepare reports highlighting progress, outcomes, and recommendations.
? Identify areas requiring additional support and coordinate with the program team to address them.
4. Communication and Capacity Building
? Facilitate effective communication channels between fellows, mentors, and the program team at FFE.
? Support fellows in navigating on-ground challenges and maintaining motivation during rural postings.
? Assist in organizing workshops, mentorship sessions, and exposure visits for fellows.
? Facilitate outreach activities that expand the program's visibility and enable its wider spread across regions and stakeholder groups.

Qualifications
? Education: Bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, management.
? Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, field coordination preferably in rural development or healthcare. A knowledge of the healthcare system of India is a plus point.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
? Proven ability to coordinate field operations, manage timelines, and handle multiple tasks.
? Proficiency in English and Hindi

? Attention to detail and accountability in documentation and reporting.
