Job Description

Responsible for mobilizing deserving unemployed youth for the Youth skill Programs jointly with the remaining Project Staff. Maintenance and monitoring of all records related to mobilization for center and at organization level. Reports to the Centre Coordinator. Create and implement mobilization plans at the center and at organizational level. Provide innovative ideas and methodologies for successful execution of mobilization. Update the MIS data related to Mobilization at organizational level and Update MIS when required. Calling of potential beneficiaries from collected mobilization data at centre and ensuring the same at organizational level. Counselling of beneficiaries coming for admission and enquiry at the centre and ensuring the same at organizational level. Verification of authenticity of collected mobilization data (whether the data collected is fake or relevant) Ensuring at least 1 successful home visit before declaring a candidate as "Drop Out" along with other Project Staff, as suggested by the Centre Coordinator and for those potential beneficiaries who attended demo classes if required. Attend capacity building programs organized for the Project Staff. Participate in the review meetings with Donor. Perform any other tasks provided by Centre Coordinator/senior officials.
