Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and socially driven

Student Outreach Coordinator

to support field-level mobilization for a government-backed education initiative. This role involves direct engagement with communities to encourage student participation and promote awareness of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to identify and mobilize eligible students Communicate program benefits effectively to students and families Build trust and rapport with local communities and educational institutions Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and student data Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity Provide regular updates and insights from the field to the project team

Candidate Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills Excellent persuasion and public engagement abilities High level of honesty and ethical conduct Familiarity with local areas and community dynamics

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
