We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Computer Hardware Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of PC-based automation systems and industrial hardware at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, peripherals, and industrial automation devices at customer locations

Perform diagnostics and repair tasks for PCs and network equipment

Support integration and testing of automation hardware and systems (e.g., Advantech, HP, IBM etc.)

Provide on-site technical support and service for industrial clients

Maintain detailed service logs, reports, and documentation

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex hardware and system issues

Ensure timely and professional customer service

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking

Hands-on experience with PC assembly, repair, and troubleshooting

Knowledge of industrial automation products is a plus (Advantech, I/O modules, HMI, etc.)

Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Willingness to travel for field service and support

Strong communication and customer interaction skills
