We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Executive
who will be responsible for visiting clients at their residences for timely payment collections and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers' homes as per the scheduled route plan for payment follow-ups and collections.
Explain outstanding dues and clarify any queries the customer may have.
Ensure on-time collection of payments and submit reports to the accounts team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure future payment compliance.
Handle grievances politely and escalate any concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of visits, collections, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with CRM and Finance departments for updated dues and payment statuses.
Achieve monthly collection targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, field collection, or related role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or collection software preferred.
Own two-wheeler (if applicable) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
