We are hiring Field Collection Officers for our client, Secure Debt Management Consultants Pvt Ltd (SDMCPL) one of Indias leading and most trusted collections service providers. Secure Debt partners with top NBFCs, banks, and digital lenders to drive ethical and compliant recovery operations across India.
Key Relationships
Internal:

• Team Leader (TL) / Assistant Manager (AM)
• Internal Training & Quality Management Support Teams

• Portfolio Manager / Representative(s) from the Client Side

• Contact delinquent / pre-delinquent account holders using pre-defined scripts to inform them about their overdue status and obtain a Promise to Pay (PTP).
• Visit customers premises when required to ensure physical follow-up and establish repayment plans.
• Answer queries about loan/product details or company processes.
• Understand and document the customer's issues/reason for default.
• Enter and update customer information and response in the collections CRM.
• Go the extra mile to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
• Meet Agent Productivity & Efficiency benchmarks on a continuous / real-time basis.
• Work in coordination with tele-calling and reporting teams to close collection cases.
• Exhibit team player skills and professional ethics during field interactions.

• Units Collections Productivity & Efficiency Benchmarks
• Clients portfolio health and resolution rates
• Ethical and professional field recovery processes

• Strong communication skills in local language + Hindi/English (as applicable).
• Willingness to travel locally as part of field collections.
• Experience in collections / recovery / field sales / loan follow-ups is preferred.
• Ability to use mobile apps / CRM tools to log daily updates.
• DRA certification is preferred but not mandatory

• Work with Indias top recovery service provider for financial institutions.
