Job Title: Field Collection

:

We are seeking a Field Collection to join CAMS. The role involves visiting customers to collect payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining positive customer relations. The candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and able to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers for EMI / loan repayment collection. Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery. Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions. Build good rapport with customers while adhering to bank policies. Report daily collections and updates to the manager.
Key Skills:

Good communication & negotiation skills Basic knowledge of banking & finance Ability to work in the field independently Target-oriented with customer-handling skills
Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

Experience: Fresher/Experienced in field collection preferred

Salary upto - 19000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
