A Field Collection Executive collects outstanding payments by visiting customers in person, maintaining payment records, and negotiating payment plans to meet collection targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, resolving payment issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards while reporting on progress to management.

Responsibilities

Payment Collection:

Visiting customers or clients to collect outstanding payments for overdue bills.

Customer Interaction:

Communicating effectively with customers to resolve payment issues, handle complaints, and maintain positive relationships.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
