Lead Generation & Sales:

Identify and acquire new customers for chit fund schemes.

Scheme Promotion:

Clearly explain the benefits and features of various chit schemes.

Customer Onboarding:

Assist new subscribers with the enrollment and documentation process.

Collection Management:

Ensure the timely collection of monthly installments from customers.

Delinquency Follow-up:

Proactively recover overdue payments from subscribers.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships to ensure high customer retention.

Auction Coordination:

Guide customers through the monthly chit auction process.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports.

Revenue Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed assigned sales and collection targets.
