Job Description

Qualifications:

Minimum education of 12th grade or above. Age between 21 to 32 years. Must own a bike and have a valid driver's license (DL)/LL).

Field Work

: This is a full-time field work position. The candidate must be comfortable traveling extensively to meet clients and perform job duties.

Client Engagement

: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Loan and Finance Services

: Educate clients about various loan products, financial services, and investment opportunities.

Market Research

: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Sales Targets

: Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively seeking new clients and managing existing client accounts.

Documentation and Compliance

: Ensure all client documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus.
