Qualification: Minimum 10th pass / 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
Age: 20-30
Must possess valid Driving License (2-wheeler mandatory).
Should have all original educational certificates (10th, 12th, and degree if applicable).
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi/English/local language.
Willing to travel within assigned city/area for collections.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Visit customers for insurance premium/money collection as per assigned area.
Ensure timely collection of due payments and deposit to company system/bank.
Maintain proper documentation of collections and receipts.
Communicate politely and professionally with customers to resolve queries related to payments.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets assigned by the company.
Report collection status to the team leader/manager on a regular basis.
Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company policies.
