As a Field Collection Executive, you will visit customers to collect outstanding dues and ensure timely collections. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records, handling difficult situations diplomatically, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required Candidate profile

100% field work

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a debt recovery agent

job or a similar one will be highly regarded. Should have good verbal communication negotiation skills and a bold nature. They should be able to convince customers and recover their debt.

Should know English and Hindi

Candidate should be local from SURAT and should be aware of nearby location

Candidate should have own vehicle and driving license
