Field collection and recovery follow-up
Managing daily collection targets
Customer visit and payment follow-up
Reporting daily collection status to office
Coordinating with field staff and branch team
Requirements:
Prior experience in Microfinance field collection (must)
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Two-wheeler preferred
