We are hiring a Business Development Executive to support offline marketing and student acquisition across Kerala. This field-based role includes institutional visits, awareness sessions, event handling, community engagement, and consistent lead generation to support overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Visit schools and colleges across Kerala following planned daily/weekly routes.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and career awareness sessions for students.
Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, faculty, and community stakeholders.
Collect, verify, and update student/parent data accurately in the CRM.
Support offline branding activities (posters, standees, brochures, etc.).
Develop and manage local agent networks and micro-communities.
Drive referral-based and word-of-mouth lead generation efforts.
Participate in education fairs, expos, school/college events, and public programs.
Identify partnership opportunities with institutions and local businesses.
Track event performance based on leads, conversions, and ROI.
Generate high-quality leads and coordinate with Sales/Counseling teams for follow-up.
Drive walk-ins to learning centers through field activities.
Maintain detailed logs of visits, events, and leads.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
0-3 years of experience in field marketing or BTL activities.
Strong communication and presentation skills in
English and Malayalam
.
Ability to independently handle fieldwork, events, and community engagement.
Willingness for extensive travel across Kerala and comfort with targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
