Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up with
government departments

municipal offices

local authorities
for approvals, permits, and NOCs related to real estate and construction projects.
Support in
submission and collection of documents
, forms, and applications related to licensing, registration, and compliance.
Liaise with
contractors

vendors
, and
external agencies
for day-to-day coordination, document exchange, and site visits.
Ensure timely follow-ups on files under process with authorities or external agencies.
Assist in
site visits
and delivery of important documents, agreements, or notices.
Keep records of all field activities and report updates to the reporting manager.
Handle tasks such as photocopying, scanning, notarizing, and couriering of documents when required.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all tasks related to documentation and official communication.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
3-5 years
of fieldwork or liaisoning experience in
contractor or real estate firms
preferred.
Good knowledge of the
local city area
and government office procedures.
Should possess a
valid driving license
.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone usage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctual, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
Working Conditions:
Primarily field-based with some office work as needed.
Travel required within the city (travel allowances provided).
Occasional extended hours may be required depending on work urgency.
