Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive
Field Boy
to assist in liaisoning and coordination with various government departments for official work. This role requires frequent visits to government offices, smooth communication with government officials, and ensuring timely submission and collection of documents and reimbursement. The ideal candidate will have good organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and able to handle tasks independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison with Government Offices:
Act as the point of contact between the organization and various government departments, ensuring that all paperwork, documents, and requests are submitted and processed in a timely manner.
Document Handling:
Collect, submit, and track documents with relevant government authorities. Ensure that all records are properly maintained and updated.
Follow-up and Updates:
Regularly follow up with government departments to ensure that requests and applications are being processed. Provide status updates to supervisors or relevant team members.
Travel and Field Visits:
Visit government offices, ministries, and departments to carry out specific tasks related to documentation, approvals, permits, or other required actions.
Prepare Reports:
Maintain a log of visits, documents submitted, and any relevant interactions with government officials. Prepare periodic reports for supervisors on the progress of the liaison work.
Coordinate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary documents and information required for government liaisoning work.
Maintain Professional Relationships:
Build and maintain professional relationships with government officials, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
Adhere to Regulations and Procedures:
Ensure that all work complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and organizational
standards.
Technical Proficiency:
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) for documentation and reporting purposes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
Experience:
5 years Previous experience in government liaisoning, field work, or administrative roles for
contractor or real estate firms is
preferred..
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in [local language(s)] and English. Ability to interact confidently with government officials.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive information efficiently.
Attention to Detail:
Ensure accuracy in documentation, filing, and records management.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot issues on the ground and take initiative to resolve them quickly.
Travel:
Should possess a
valid driving license and
willingness to travel frequently to government offices and other locations as required.
