Role Overview:
The Field Executive will be responsible for overseeing on-ground operations, coordinating with clients/vendors, collecting data, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and supporting day-to-day field activities. The role requires strong communication, punctuality, and the ability to manage fieldwork independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned locations/clients as per daily schedule.
Conduct inspections, surveys, or audits as required.
Take photographs, collect documents, and maintain proper reporting.
Coordinate with vendors, technicians, or customers for smooth operations.
Ensure timely completion of field tasks and resolve issues on-spot.
Update the team with real-time field status through calls, WhatsApp, or apps.
Maintain attendance, travel records, and daily activity reports.
Assist in installation, delivery, verification, or follow-up tasks as instructed.
Represent the company professionally and maintain good customer relations.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Prior field experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle outdoor work and travel.
Basic knowledge of mobile apps, WhatsApp, and reporting tools.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
