Job Purpose:The Field Sales Auditor is crucial in verifying connections marked by SalesPromoters (SPs) through field visits to industries. This role involves planningvisits, informing SPs, and ensuring the accuracy of SPs\' marked connections.Job Duties:Plan field visits in coordination with sales promoters (SPs).Verifying connections marked by SPs at industries, ensuring their accuracy.Utilizing company-developed applications for verification.Collaborating with SPs to ensure the legitimacy of fully or partially markedconnections.Maintaining detailed records of verified connections.Identify training needs through performance analysis.Conduct regular performance analysis, providing constructive feedback andrecognition of achievements.Collaborate with managers and employees to set personal development goalsthat complement organizational objectives.Assist in identifying skill gaps and recommending relevant training anddevelopment opportunities.Track, Measure, and Manage all the activities related to the sales manager\'sfieldwork.Prepare reports on activities and results regularly as required by themanagement.Required Qualifications:EducationDegree in sales or marketing or BBM/BBA in administration.An MBA with a marketing background is acceptable.ExperienceMinimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.KnowledgeKnowledge of sales processes and procedures.SkillsBasic technical skills for using company applications.Proficiency in Google Suite documents.Problem-solving skillsDecision-making skillsEthics and compliance skillsAbility to lead and motivate a teamStrong analytical skillsAttributesAbility to build strong relationshipsAbility to manage changeDetail-oriented and organizedProactiveAdaptabilityPerks and Benefits:Competitive SalaryWe offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes Group Mediclaim,leave encashment, bonus, etc.There are opportunities for career advancement within the organization.Ongoing training and development programs.Training: The organization will provide the necessary training during theinduction program.Travel: Frequent travel is required, both within and outside Surat.
