Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Field Associate (Field Procurement & Production) to support our farmer network and ensure smooth execution of organic farming operations. The role involves close coordination with farmers, Internal Control System (ICS) staff, and procurement teams to maintain production quality, certification standards, and traceability across the organic value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring and supervising organic farmer groups under the Internal Control System (ICS). Conduct field visits, farm inspections, and data collection as per organic certification guidelines (NPOP/NOP/EU). Support farmers in crop planning, input management, and sustainable production practices. Coordinate harvest and procurement operations in collaboration with the central procurement team. Help maintain records and documentation related to field activities, farmer details, and organic compliance. Participate in farmer training programs and awareness meetings on organic standards and best practices. Identify potential new farmer groups and production clusters for organic cultivation. Support in preparing for certification audits and renewing organic certifications.
