Responsibilities
Field Associate (FA):
? Meet farmers and explain the company's fertilizer products
? Generate leads and manage sales activities
? Maintain a daily work log
Eligibility
For Field Associate (FA):
Diploma (Agri), B.Sc. (Agri), or Life Science graduates
0-2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License
Preference for candidates from the listed areas (placement in hometown)
