Role Summary

We're seeking a proactive Field Associate to lead community operations across key transport hubs in Pune. You will drive outreach, conduct surveys, coordinate with partners, and execute end-to-end events that engage trucker communities and transport stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

? Field Operations: Manage day-to-day outreach in Transport Nagar, Nigdi, and nearby hubs; maintain a regular field visit calendar.

? Conduct pre-event mobilization, liaise with unions/associations, ensure logistics readiness.

? Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct one-on-one visits and meetings with transport offices, fleet operators, brokers, and local associations; support partnerships and activations.

? Surveys & Data: Conduct structured surveys/interviews; ensure data accuracy and timely submission.

? Tele-Outreach: Make follow-up calls for mobilization, confirmations, and feedback.

? Events & Activations: Plan, organize, and execute awareness drives, meetings, and on-ground activations end-to-end (permissions, logistics, mobilization, facilitation).

? Documentation: Capture photos, short videos, and testimonials; maintain attendance sheets, consent forms, and activity reports.

? Reporting: Submit daily/weekly field reports with insights, outcomes, and learnings; flag risks and opportunities proactively.

? Compliance & Safety: Adhere to organizational safeguarding, safety, and data privacy norms during all field activities.

Qualifications & Experience

? Education: MSW preferred; graduates from any stream may apply.

? Experience: Demonstrated experience in community mobilization, surveys, and event management.

? Sector Advantage: Male Candidate preferred, Prior work with trucker communities/transport hubs or with fleet operators/brokers is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

? Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

? Language proficiency in Marathi/Hindi/English (spoken & written preferred).

? Confident with frequent field travel across Pune.

? Basic smartphone/computer proficiency (WhatsApp, calling, spreadsheets/forms, email).

? Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working with monthly targets/timelines.

Work Conditions

? Base: Pune with extensive field travel across transport hubs.

? Timing: Usually standard work hours; occasional early mornings/evenings or weekends during events.

? Resources: Smartphone/data allowance as per policy; field logistics supported per program norms.
