We're hiring
Field Assistants
to conduct anthropometric assessments of children in the community. Your contribution will directly support meaningful, data-driven outcomes in child health policy across the country.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
1+ year of fieldwork experience in nutrition/public health projects (preferred)
Familiarity with anthropometry techniques is a strong plus
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Willingness to work in community settings
Key Responsibilities
Accurately carry out child growth measurements following study protocols
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary field team to ensure data quality and field efficiency
Engage with caregivers and community members respectfully and sensitively
