Designation- Field Application Engineers(CSBDA_TATA)

• Field Application Engineers work with BGs, Partners, and Customers for successful sales conversion. This also includes the presales activities, where one has to assist in formulating the product specifications and solutions as per the customer\'s needs and accelerate the sales procedure accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge: Collaborating with the sales team, engineers, and product managers for obtaining accurate information of application usage, system operations, and product management.
• Coordinating with the Delta team for designing data center solutions: Formulating the product specification as per the customer\'s needs. Evaluating the customer\'s requirement regarding systems application and administration.
• Performing the desired tests and installation procedures: Preparing a detailed schedule regarding the project specification, conducting research on market trends in field application, and analyzing the emerging trends for recommending the new application engineering products.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years\' experience with design or applications engineering on BESS/ Data Center (UPS, PSU, PDU, ATS, etc.) preferably.
• Strong communication and organizational skills: Ability to understand a customer\'s need and probe for answers, and then determine a solution and advocate that solution to the customer.
• Ability to operate test equipment and tools: multi-meter, oscilloscope, data logger, handheld tools as well as PC and basic office software tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Desired Skills and Experience: Data Center, Infrastructure, and Power Electronics.

Education

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering required. MS preferred.

Experience Range: 3 to 5.5 years

Budget Range: Min. 10LPA to Max. 18LPA
