Position: Field application engineer

Job Role

Preferred: B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics (EE / ECE / EI or related streams) Minimum: Any Electronics-related graduate with strong fundamentals and passion for field sales & applications support Key Responsibilities (KRAs):Customer Engagement & Hunting Identify and approach new manufacturing customers in target segments. Visit customer sites to understand their projects, needs, and challenges. Technical Support & Solution Recommendation Analyse customer BOMs and propose suitable component solutions .Guide customers on component selection, alternate parts, and application engineering aspects. Sales & Business Development Achieve sales targets through effective relationship building and solution selling. Promote Voltiro's line card, technical strengths, and value-added offerings. Presentation & Communication Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers. Clearly communicate features, advantages, and benefits of offered components. Market & Product Knowledge Continuously upgrade knowledge about electronic components, market trends, and new technologies. Share insights with the team for strategic planning. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, pricing, logistics, and order fulfilment .Maintain accurate visit reports, opportunity pipelines, and activity tracking in CRM tools. Skills & Attributes Required: Strong fundamentals in basic electronics and component functionality Passion for field sales, customer interaction, and solution building Excellent communication and presentation skills Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude No hesitation in extensive field travel for customer meetings Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Knowledge of semiconductor distribution (preferred but not mandatory for freshers)Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience, with performance incentives Position Rewards
