Job Role : Field Application Engineer

Education Required: Diploma & BE in EC/IC/EE/ Mechatronics Engineering or relevant experience in the field.

No of Vacancy: 02

Working Days : Mon to Saturday (9am to 6Pm)

Week Off : Sun Day

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in managing the company products and other details of sales and service requests for providing the same to the customers for technical support.

2. Analyzing technological problems in installed application systems, checking its technical resolution and working condition, and fixing the same if required.

3. Collaborating with sales team, engineers, and product managers for obtaining accurate information of application usage, system operations, and product management.

4. Traveling to visit potential clients.

5. Maintaining existing long term relationship with customers.

6.Working with existing customer to help them get the most out of the products they have bought.

7. Manage all technical aspects of customer queries.

8. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. Required Skills & Expertise.

9. Candidate Should have Experience in Installation ,Commissioning &Programming of automation products like Servo, BLDC, Gear Motor, Linear Motor, Drive, PLC , HMI, Sensors ,and other associated Products.

10. Proven ability to lead teams, coach junior engineers, and conduct performance reviews.

11. Excellent communication and client-facing skills, including handling presentations and escalations.

12.Effective project management, multitasking, and risk management capabilities.

13.Good Interpersonal Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
