As a Field Application Engineer Intern, you will work closely with engineering and product teams to provide technical support and solutions to our customers. This internship offers valuable exposure to real-world product deployment, customer interaction, and system-level integration in the electronics or embedded systems industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in providing technical support and product guidance to customers during evaluation and implementation. Participate in on-site or virtual product demonstrations and customer training sessions. Help troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software integration issues. Support in preparing technical documentation, application notes, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and recommend improvements. Set up and maintain demo boards, test benches, and evaluation kits. Conduct basic testing, validation, and reporting based on customer use cases. Understand firmware and hardware functionalities quickly to provide efficient support. Approach problem-solving confidently, even with limited information.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field (UG/PG). Basic understanding of embedded systems, electronics components, and communication protocols (e.g., UART, I2C, SPI). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to learn and engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to grasp firmware architecture and system-level functions quickly. Enthusiasm for building a career at the intersection of engineering and customer success. Be open to field visits for testing, deployment, and customer-specific implementations
