Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers' homes to install and set up the app on their devices.
Explain app features in a simple and friendly manner.
Assist users in understanding and navigating the app confidently.
Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when needed.
Maintain a record of visits and customer feedback.
Represent the company with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
Requirements:
Background in
nursing, caregiving, social work
, or community service preferred.
Basic knowledge of
smartphones and mobile apps

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, patient, and respectful, especially with elderly or non-tech-savvy users.
Willingness to travel locally for home visits.
Own smartphone and two-wheeler preferred
