Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct property
site visits
with prospective buyers/investors.
Follow up with customers
to ensure timely decisions and sales closures.
Maintain and update project inventory (pricing, availability, offers).
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
Build long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate (MBA preferred) with 1-4 years of experience in real estate/field sales.
Strong communication, negotiation & follow-up skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market preferred.
Target-driven, self-motivated & comfortable with field work.
