Field Executive
to manage daily field interactions, explain company services, and build strong relationships with local business establishments. The ideal candidate must be fluent in
Telugu, Hindi, and English
, and comfortable working in the field within assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
Visit
7 to 10 business points
daily within the assigned zone.
Present and explain company services clearly and professionally.
Assist business owners with onboarding, registrations, or app-related support.
Maintain accurate daily activity reports and share updates with the team.
Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
Meet assigned daily and weekly performance targets.
Represent KM Business Solutions with professionalism and integrity.
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication skills in
Telugu, Hindi, and English
.
Ability to confidently interact with various business owners.
Comfortable with field operations and local travel.
Basic knowledge of mobile apps and digital tools.
Good convincing ability and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, punctual, and responsible.
Minimum Education:
10th / Intermediate / Degree
Two-wheeler preferred
(not mandatory).
