The ideal candidate will meet shop owners, local businesses, and small & medium entrepreneurs to explain our marketing services, build relationships, and close sales. The role involves daily client visits, lead conversion, and maintaining strong follow-up for long-term business partnerships. --- Key Responsibilities Visit shops, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and potential clients in assigned areas. Present and explain KM Business Solutions' services such as digital marketing, auto ads, Google promotions, social media ads, and branding packages. Understand client needs and suggest suitable marketing plans or promotional packages. Generate and close leads through direct interaction, presentations, and follow-ups. Build and maintain positive business relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams for lead updates and service execution. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and market trends. Represent the brand professionally in the field and at client meetings. --- Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Intermediate / Degree or equivalent. Experience: 0-3 years in sales, field marketing, or business development (freshers with good communication skills can also apply). Languages: Must be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Excellent communication, convincing, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage field schedules effectively. Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising will be an advantage. Strong customer service mindset and target-oriented approach. --- Preferred Skills Previous experience in marketing agencies, digital sales, or ad promotions. Knowledge of local market areas and business types (shops, showrooms, startups, etc.).
