Support key FI/CO areas such as:

GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking
+
Taxation (GST/TDS)
+
Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA
Monitor daily business transactions and ensure timely resolution of production incidents.
Work with business users to understand issues, provide solutions, and implement process improvements.
Coordinate with technical teams for debugging, enhancements, and custom fixes.
Support
month-end and year-end closing
activities.
Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and user guides.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and SAP best practices.
Handle SAP FICO
integration issues
with MM, SD, PP, and other relevant modules.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum
8+ years of experience
in SAP FICO support.
Strong hands-on experience in
FI & CO configurations
and troubleshooting.
Experience handling
ticketing tools
(ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, etc.).
Solid understanding of
GST, TDS, and Indian statutory requirements
.
Experience in resolving
production issues, change requests, and enhancements
.
Strong analytical and debugging skills with exposure to SAP tables, reports, and logs.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
