JOB OVERVIEW
The successful applicant will be an SAP Finance at Associate level, must have knowledge and experience of SAP S/4HANAs core functionalities including General Ledger (GL), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Position Requirements
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, financial requirements, and challenges related to GL, AA, CO, AP, and AR.
Assist in conducting workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions to gather detailed requirements.
Help design and configure SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules to meet client-specific needs, including GL accounting, asset management, cost accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functionalities.
Help customize SAP functionalities to align with client workflows, business rules, and compliance requirements.
Work closely with Data Migration team to document data migration requirements, prepare data templates from legacy system, data loading, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Help in all phases of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, from planning and design to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Conduct user training sessions to educate clients on SAP Finance functionalities including creating training documents
Provide ongoing support and guidance to client teams, including troubleshooting issues, and addressing user inquiries.
Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues
Preferred Knowledge/skills
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules, with expertise in General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
Exposure to SAP Activate / Agile / Hybrid-Agile methodology frameworks
Knowledge of SAP financial processes, including GL accounting principles, asset management methodologies, cost accounting methods, and AP/AR procedures.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration with other systems, such as SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP Concur etc. or third-party applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Professional and Educational Background
Associate- 3- 6 years exp.
3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance solution, with minimum 1 E2E implementations
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Additional Information
SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting certification is an added advantage.
