Role Description
Full-time, on-site role in Anekal, Bangalore. Oversee plastic/PP fibre extrusion production, manage teams, plan schedules, ensure quality standards, supervise equipment maintenance, handle budgeting, and optimize production processes for sports infrastructure products.
Qualifications
Production Planning & Management in plastic/polymer extrusion (Mandatory)
Operations & Team Management experience
Budgeting and financial oversight skills
Strong knowledge of PP fibre extrusion processes, equipment, and quality control
Experience with extrusion machinery and die systems (Preferred)
Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical, Polymer, Chemical Engineering, or Manufacturing
Knowledge of ISO standards and safety regulations
