We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Fibernet Sales Executive
to join our growing team at Sathya Technosoft. The role involves promoting and selling
SATHYA Fibernet broadband services
to residential and commercial customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas to promote
SATHYA Fibernet
connections.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and local marketing activities.
Explain product features, plans, and pricing to customers clearly and convincingly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update customer data, leads, and follow-ups in the sales system.
Coordinate with the installation and support teams for smooth activation of new connections.
Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional drives to increase brand visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Any Degree / Diploma (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil and basic English.
Interest in field sales and customer interaction.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of internet products and broadband services preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
Preferred Experience:
0-2 years of experience in broadband/Fibernet sales, telecom, or ISP industry.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹12,000 - ?20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
