Identify potential customers in assigned areas through field visits, cold calls, and local promotions.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert them into customers.
2. Product Promotion
Explain the features, benefits, and plans of the Fibernet services (broadband, leased line, etc.) to customers.
Demonstrate internet speed and quality when possible to build trust and interest.
3. Customer Visits
Conduct door-to-door or corporate visits to promote Fibernet connections.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable internet plans accordingly.
4. Sales Achievement
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
Ensure timely collection of documents and payment for connection processing.
