Job Description
Job Summary
Design & Installation of Fiber Optic cables, single / Multi mode Fiber Optic splicing both fusion & mechanical, testing and cable jointing techniques for FTTH & Backbone networking.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan site visits for inspection of Site for FTTx
- Implement defined systems and procedures
- Impart on the job training to field executives and vendors
- Identify areas of improvement
- Act as quality and process controller
- Support the lead quality manager at each maintenance point
- Verify internet testing plan document on site and provide a sign off
- Provide proactive service assurance and expedite fault resolution
- Raise non conformance and field observation reports post inspection
- Coordinate with field team for root cause analysis of fault

- Provide competitive insight from past opportunities and apply "lessons learned" to the assigned opportunities to generate effective counter strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication both verbal and written. Hindi \xe2\x80\x93 English-Gujarati \xe2\x80\xa2 Device selection, Solution design, preparation of BOQ costing, cable schedule & Project management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Software: AutoCAD, MS Office & other system subjected apps. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Education: Degree /Diploma in Electronics or Eq.
