Responsible for supervising and coordinating the team for cable installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
Ensure timely and efficient execution of fiber splicing and fault rectification.
Good knowledge of optical fiber splicing, OTDR testing, data loss detection, and use of optical power meter.
Monitor team performance, provide technical support, and maintain quality standards.
Manage safety protocols for work-at-height and ladder handling.
Male candidates preferred.
Candidates from Pondicherry or nearby areas are preferred.
