Job Description

The Wireman-HDO plays a vital role in supporting engineers with the installation and maintenance of broadband and fiber connections at customer premises. This position is responsible for efficient wiring, cable routing, and ensuring all site preparations are completed to meet safety standards. The ideal candidate is professional, works well in a team, and is dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Engineer during installation and servicing activities at customer locations.

Perform internal and external wiring for broadband and fiber connections following standard layouts.

Help with cable routing, tagging, and securing cables neatly and safely.

Carry tools and materials and assist in preparing the site before and after installation work.

Check wire continuity and support troubleshooting of basic line or wiring issues.

Coordinate with engineers and field supervisors regarding daily job assignments.

Maintain cleanliness and order at the work site, ensuring proper use of materials.

Adhere to safety procedures and wear required PPE during field work.

Ensure customer satisfaction through polite behavior and professionalism.

Qualifications

Minimum education: 10th pass (High school diploma or equivalent preferred).

Basic understanding of electrical wiring and cable management is an advantage.

Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical capability to carry tools and materials and perform onsite tasks.

Age requirement: 18 to 35 years.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
