Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise fettling operators and allocate daily work Ensure grinding, cutting and finishing are done as per quality standards Monitor productivity and reduce rework/rejection Ensure workers follow safety procedures (PPE, machine safety) Coordinate with production and quality teams Maintain daily production reports and manpower records
Qualifications:
2-5 years experience in fettling/foundry operations Good knowledge of fettling tools, welding, grinders & finishing process Ability to manage workforce and meet daily targets Strong focus on quality and safety
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
