You will be working as FES (Front End Sales) Specialist and will be part of Motion Business Area for NEMA Motors Division based in Vadodara, India. In this role you will be reporting to Local Division Manager MONM - India and will be responsible in managing sales and marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales/maximizing profit in assigned division. Revenue generation in line with the mission & vision of the company.Your responsibilities Implementing marketing plans for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility & recall Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts, and developing them to achieve consistent profitability Developing relationship with key decision makers in target organizations for business development Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms Mapping the client\'s requirements and providing them customized business solutions through custom proposals Monitoring & driving after sales service support for superior customer service and assessing of customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvements & introducing improvements Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets Your background Bachelors degree in engineering (electrical) Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in NEMA / imported motor business Good knowledge of IEC/NEMA standards Hands on experience in handling consultants, end users & OEMs in power, water, steel, chemical, oil & gas, mining, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, etc Computer skills like MS Office is a must Highly motivated team-player with a collaborative, learning & solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills More about us ABB\'s NEMA Motors Division markets, designs and manufactures the market-leading Baldor-Reliance brand of industrial motors.
