Job Description

Responsible for assisting in IVF procedures, administering injections/medications, and monitoring patients pre- and post-treatment. Must ensure accurate documentation, sterile practices, and compassionate patient care. Experience in fertility/IVF setup preferred; nursing registration mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist doctors during procedures such as oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and intrauterine insemination (IUI). Administer fertility-related medications, including hormonal injections as per protocol. Monitor and assess patients before and after procedures. Educate patients on medication schedules, treatment cycles, and aftercare.

Qualifications and Requirements:

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing council registration. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IVF ONLY (preferred). Strong clinical skills, compassion, and attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as per the treatment schedule. Good communication and patient-handling skills.
