Job Title: Fermentation Executive - Vinegar Production
The Fermentation Executive oversees the vinegar fermentation process, ensuring product quality and consistency. They lead production teams, optimize yields, and scale up processes as needed. Responsibilities include developing new product lines, ensuring food safety compliance, and analyzing market trends. They also collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to innovate and improve products. The role involves managing quality control, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining regulatory standards. Strong leadership and expertise in fermentation processes are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
MSc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or an equivalent qualification in Food Technology; BTech or MTech in a related field, or other relevant qualifications that align with the responsibilities of the Fermentation Executive role. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience is also required.
