Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Sales cum Slimming Dietician Head for our Pusa Road Clinic. The ideal candidate must come from the Aesthetic/Wellness/Slimming industry, possess excellent communication and convincing abilities, and be capable of managing both clinical slimming services and revenue-driven sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical & Slimming Management Ensure strict compliance with all corporate slimming protocols and SOPs. Oversee quality execution of slimming programs as per R&D guidelines. Conduct and review BP, body measurements, Wellness & Fitness Assessments, BCA, and other evaluations accurately as per the rolling cycle. Plan and schedule personalized slimming sessions, therapies, and appliance treatments as per client goals and package requirements. Counsel clients effectively during weight plateau phases and provide alternate program recommendations. Monitor client progress, ensure consistent follow-up, and handle irregular clients with proper guidance.

Sales & Revenue Management

Drive monthly revenue targets and ensure achievement through strong sales capabilities. Manage lead conversions, client consultations, and retention strategies. Work closely with the Center Manager to enhance overall slimming vertical performance. Strategize new ways to promote slimming services, increase bookings, and upsell suitable programs. Maintain optimum capacity utilization by monitoring appointments and coordinating with other dieticians.

Operational Excellence

Maintain accurate and updated slimming records, Daily Register, and Appointment Planner. Ensure implementation of all slimming-related communication, updates, and directives shared by Corporate/HOD. Report client concerns or complaints promptly to the department head.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2-5+ years of experience in the wellness/slimming/aesthetic industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and client convincing skills. In-depth knowledge of diet planning, slimming therapies, and wellness assessments. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets. Professional, disciplined, and capable of handling client consultations independently. Female candidates preferred. Immediate joiner desired.
