Position Overview:
A Zumba Trainer leads engaging, energetic Zumba fitness classes with various music with dance moves to create a fun and effective workout. The trainer is responsible for motivating participants, ensuring a safe environment, and tailoring the workout to accommodate various fitness levels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Create and choreograph dance routines that cater to all fitness levels.
Ensure that music is appropriate, varied, and conducive to the workout.
Encourage and motivate participants to reach their fitness goals.
Provide modifications for different fitness levels and physical limitations.
Ensure the safety of all participants by instructing on proper form and technique.
Monitor participants during class and provide corrections as needed to prevent injury.
Qualifications and Skills:
Certified Zumba Instructor
Previous experience teaching group fitness classes, preferably Zumba, is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire participants.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
