The role of a female warden involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the safety, discipline, and well-being of students in a hostel setting. Key responsibilities include:
Hostel Administration
: Supervising day-to-day hostel activities, maintaining discipline among residents, and ensuring compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
Student Welfare & Safety
: Acting as the first point of contact for students regarding issues, grievances, or emergencies, and ensuring a positive environment for all residents.
Discipline & Guidance
: Handling disciplinary issues with fairness and confidentiality, counseling and guiding students to maintain a harmonious living atmosphere.
Coordination & Reporting
: Coordinating with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for hostel upkeep, and reporting regularly to the Principal/Administrative Officer regarding hostel affairs.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a bachelor's degree in management, education, or a related field, with previous experience in residential life management or as a warden. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills are essential, along with the ability to enforce rules and maintain discipline effectively

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
