Female Warden

:

Oversee and manage daily operations of the girls' hostel. Ensure safety, discipline, and well-being of students staying in the hostel. Maintain attendance records, leave registers, and discipline reports. Act as a guardian, mentor, and counselor for students in residential care. Handle emergencies and ensure compliance with hostel rules. Coordinate with school administration, parents, and teaching staff for student welfare. Supervise housekeeping, hygiene, and food quality in the hostel premises.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline; training in student counseling will be an added advantage. Prior experience (3-4 years) as a hostel warden in a reputed institution. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and conflict-management skills. Ability to handle adolescent students with patience and care. Female candidate, immediate joiner preferred.
