Resident Support:

Addressing student complaints, providing counseling, and offering pastoral care.

Operational Management:

Overseeing daily operations, managing resources (like the mess), and coordinating with other staff (e.g., housekeeping, security).

Administrative Duties:

Maintaining records, submitting reports, and handling administrative tasks related to residents.

Emergency Response:
