Job Summary:
Derma Magnetica is seeking a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented Voice & Chat Support Executive to be the first point of contact for our valued patients and prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by effectively handling inquiries, providing information, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience through both voice and online chat channels.
Responsibilities:
Patient Communication:
Professionally and courteously answer incoming phone calls and respond to online chat inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Information Provision:
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Derma Magnetica's services, treatments, procedures, and pricing.
Appointment Management:
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments with accuracy and attention to detail.
Inquiry Handling:
Address patient concerns, answer questions, and resolve issues effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, appointment schedules, and communication logs.
Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls or messages to patients as needed, such as appointment reminders or post-treatment check-ins.
Online Platform Management:
Navigate and utilize the clinic's online platforms, including website chat, social media messaging (as required), and appointment booking systems.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the clinic's medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.
Feedback Collection:
Gather patient feedback and relay it to the relevant teams to contribute to service improvement.
Adherence to Protocols:
Follow established communication protocols, customer service standards, and clinic policies.
Maintaining Professionalism:
Present a professional and empathetic demeanor at all times, reflecting the high standards of Derma Magnetica.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (at least 1-2 years) in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (proficiency in other local languages is a plus).
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computers, phone systems, and online communication platforms.
Familiarity with appointment scheduling software and CRM systems is an advantage.
A positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
