Job Title: Female Video Host /Actor/Anchor for Social Media & Advertising Videos (Real Estate)

Location: On-site (depending on project requirements the selected candidate must travel)

About the Role:

We are seeking a confident, camera-friendly female Host /Actor/Anchor to represent our real estate brand in short-form social media content and promotional advertising videos (Instagram & YouTube reels & shorts). The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on camera, delivering scripted lines, and portraying a professional, trustworthy image aligned with our company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the On-screen presenter for real estate related social media videos (Instagram & YouTube reels & shorts and advertisements).

- Deliver scripted content clearly, confidently, and authentically.

- Participate in both studio and on-location shoots (as required).

- Take direction from the creative and marketing teams to achieve the desired tone and messaging.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all video appearances.

- Must be ready for re-shoots, voiceovers when necessary.

Requirements:

- Female candidate with strong on-camera presence.

- Prior experience in acting, presenting, or content creation (preferred).

- Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Telugu).

- Ability to portray a professional, pleasant, and engaging persona.

- Comfortable working on short timelines and delivering high-quality takes.

- Availability for periodic video shoots (on-site).

- A portfolio or sample videos showcasing past work (mandatory).

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of real estate or interest in the industry.

- Experience with social media content (Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube).
