Uniquo seeks a detail-oriented, tech-savvy female professional to manage internal & external training programs, safety inductions, documentation, and client communication. The role blends training coordination, operational support, and compliance to ensure excellence in Uniquo Academy and client services.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Training & Induction:
To conduct training on safety, technical, and behavioural training.
To develop the training content in PPTs, then schedule the training as per availability.
To prepare a yearly training calendar for Uniquo Academy.
To handle assessments, certifications, and record-keeping.
To coordinate ISO, HR, Labour law, and Compliance training.
External Client Training:
To deliver customised training on management, legal, and technical topics to clients.
To manage data tracking and feedback from training sessions.
To prepare certificates and training reports for clients.
Data Management:
To maintain the data of all training sessions and feedback
To maintain Google Sheets, ERP (receivables), and Excel records.
Client Communication:
To coordinate and follow up with team members, clients and stakeholders for training sessions and feedback.
To do digital communication like professional emails, WhatsApp groups and social media channels.
Skills Required:
Minimum Graduation and post-graduation is preferred.
Advanced MS Office, Tally ERP.
Typing speed: 30+ WPM.
Excellent English communication.
Organized, proactive, detail-oriented.
Tech-friendly (PPT, Google Workspace).
